The 2018 Annual Attitude of Gratitude: Bloggers Flood The Internet With Happiness & Positivity!
Here’s what I came up with in 15 minutes of free flow ideas about what makes me happy and grateful.
- My brother who looks out for me and is so kind.
- Being in the same life as Basil the dog who loves me and licks me.
- The calm and friendly town where I live.
- Chances to be creative – to write, to dance to sing with my choir.
- Do Tai Qi.
- To be able to use my imagination, to invent stories.
- To share other people’s stories.
- To walk in the park and breath in the simplicity of nature
- To enjoy satirical cartoons as a way to let off steam.
- To cook using my wok.
- To provide food for the wild birds and watch them fly about and eat.
- To travel and absorb the differences between cultures and countries.
- To share good craic with my sisters.
- Get the giggles and be silly.
- That I can help other people to feel better and to get to like themselves again.
- Cleaning out cupboards at new Year.
- Watch dramas on tv that wrap me up in their stories.
- To receive kindness from loving people.
- To be kind to those I love and care about.
- Being part of a community group that campaigns and supports local people.

Great list for the Attidtude of Gratitude.
Ironically, I thought I was the only one who cleaned out cupboards every year
and clothing closets. : )
I like learning about other cultures too. Well, it looks like we have a few of the same interests. Hope you’ll visit my blog and see my Gratitude List. Thanks …

Thank you Isadora – glad you like my list. Funny about cupboard cleaning isn’t it ! Some kind of wintertime wish to sort your living space ? Fun to write the list, take a pause to appreciate what’s good.

Dear Francine,
I enjoy satirical cartoons, too. The Far Side was always a favorite of mine. I loved reading your list. 😀

Francine, welcome to the Attitude of Gratitude! I’m so grateful you took the time and joined in. I love reading each of the contributions each year; it fills me with joy and appreciation. Your list really paints a sense of place and experience. Connecting with all these other bloggers is a big piece of the magic here, and I look forward to reading more of your posts… when I catch up.
I’ve added a link to your piece to my blog post, but you are not on the InLinkz (at the bottom of my post). If you’d like to join, just go add your info and if you have a problem with it, please PM me on my Tales From the Motherland FB page, and I’ll help you add your work. Again, thanks for participating and Happy New Year!
