Sammi’s challenge this week is inspired by the word : wool gathering — in 36 words. This is what came to me.
WOOLGATHERING
When we three sheep gather together
what we share is
the steamy smell of wool drying in sun after rain,
stumpy legs, beady eyes,
a fondness for the green stuff.
We are a gathering of wool.

Wonderful. And, “We are a gathering of wool” is such a fantastic line 🙂

Thanks so much Glynis, I appreciate your feedback. Pleased you like it. I was thinking about you yesterday, just after I wrote ‘Wool Gathering’.
